About me

I am Kanav Sabharwal, currently a Ph.D. student at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS). I am advised by Prof. Mun Choon Chan and co-advised by Dr. Dinil Mon Divakaran for my ongoing research. Before starting my Ph.D., I completed my Master’s in Computing, specializing in AI, where I defended my dissertation under the guidance of Dr. Dinil as well.

Research Interests

Broadly, I am interested in multi-disciplinary research, applying AI techniques to wireless networks to improve network performance, reliability, and security. My current research direction aims to enhance the PHY layer capabilities of wireless networks through the application of AI. My Master’s thesis focused on developing an adversarial machine learning-based defense solution to enhance IoT network privacy.
